Shipping is free to your door and back to our store. We want reusing clothes to be easy! We send you a prepaid return label to put on your box when you are ready to swap outfits, pause or cancel your subscription. -
What about stains?
We understand life is messy so don't worry about stains or damage. Spot clean the stain as soon as possible and our team will do the rest. -
What if I don't like the clothes?
That's okay. We aim to please, but if the clothes are unsuitable for you, just email us for a replacement. Alternatively, you can swap your box anytime! -
